Network Automation Architecture Director

Description:

NetBrain Technologies Inc., a pioneer in no-code network automation since 2004, is seeking a Director of Network Automation Architecture Services to lead a high-performing global team of Network Automation Architects. This is a remote, full-time role geared toward enabling customers to leverage NetBrain’s cutting-edge automation platform powered by AI, rather than internal network operations.

The selected candidate will play a crucial leadership role in helping enterprise clients adopt, scale, and transform their network operations through automation. This is a strategic, customer-facing role ideal for someone with extensive network architecture expertise, strong leadership experience, and a passion for automation and AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic thought leadership on network automation to global enterprises and managed service providers.

• Develop and implement initiatives to expand the automation capabilities of NetBrain’s customer base.

• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of automation playbooks focused on diagnostics, outage prevention, and change management.

• Lead the team in guiding customers through training and implementation of automation solutions.

• Partner with customers to identify high-impact automation opportunities using ITSM data and current workflows.

• Design and execute network operations automations via NetBrain’s no-code platform.

• Integrate automation with existing toolsets and operational systems to maximize efficiency and impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: CCNA, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field

• Experience:

  • 8+ years in network architecture, network operations (NOCs), security, design, or automation

  • 3+ years in a leadership role within network architecture or service delivery

  • Strong knowledge of network protocol structures and multi-vendor technologies

  • Familiarity with NetBrain’s platform is preferred but not mandatory

Offered Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base salary range: $180000 to $250000 (Monthly: $15000 to $20833)
