Net Suite Architect

Description:

Spaulding Ridge, an advisory and IT implementation firm, is seeking a NetSuite Architect for its Finance & Operations Practice in Toronto. The firm helps global organizations gain financial clarity and optimize operational performance through strategic software implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NetSuite client engagements, serving as the technical expert for configuration, process design, support escalation, and Q&A.

• Advise on client business processes including financial close, transactional reporting, integrated financial statements, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Revenue-specific processes (Revenue Recognition, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling).

• Coach and build the NetSuite team to ensure client success.

• Implement best practices for NetSuite deployments and integrations, including NetSuite-Salesforce integrations.

• Support technical sales, client demos, and proof-of-concept projects.

• Lead project teams across multiple workstreams, adhering to Spaulding Ridge’s delivery methodology.

• Provide thought leadership through articles, blogs, and presentations at user conferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or relevant professional experience.

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in accounting/software consulting or supporting implementations.

• 5+ years of NetSuite experience with 5+ end-to-end deployments.

• Experience managing delivery team members.

• NetSuite Foundations or NetSuite ERP certification preferred.

• Strong skills in translating customer business needs into dynamic solutions.

• Experience in change management and business process mapping is a plus.

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
