Your tasks as the Canada Sales Representative:
- Responsible for building and managing all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness analysis, negotiation and client onboarding
- Drive the development of domestic and international sales strategies
- Maintain key client relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
- Define new or emerging market requirements and operational costs
- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations and advertising
- Develop social media content, conduct market research, and enhance website design and content in support of a positive brand image
- Develop pricing policies and strategies as well as terms and conditions for new clients
- Lead Generation and Prospecting – identifying potential clients through research, cold calling and networking.
- Develop proposals and negotiate terms of service agreements.
- Close sales and meet / exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain key client relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base

The required qualifications of the Canada Sales Representative:
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, or equivalent
- Post-graduate degree in marketing or related field would be an asset
- 5+ years’ experience in executive leadership positions
- 3+ years of expertise in business development within the BPO industry or related field
- Proven experience in writing successful RFPs
- Working experience in Salesforce
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing and competitor analysis
- Collection industry (ARM) or financial services industry preferred – 1st & 3rd party collection experience
- Deep knowledge of BPO services, including contact center operations, back-office solutions, and shared services
- Valid passport and able to travel 25%
