As the National Parts & Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all parts management functions across multiple facilities, developing national strategies, and ensuring streamlined purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relationships. Your role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by ensuring the availability of required parts at the right time and place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate Parts Managers across all locations to ensure performance consistency and alignment with company goals.

  • Develop and implement national policies, KPIs, and processes for inventory management and parts operations.

  • Establish and manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and implement cost-saving initiatives including bulk purchasing programs.

  • Forecast parts demand in collaboration with senior leadership and maintain optimal inventory levels without overcapitalizing stock.

  • Oversee inventory management systems, train staff, and ensure standardization of practices for tracking, auditing, and replenishment.

  • Analyze inventory data across facilities to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.

  • Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure parts availability meets operational needs.

  • Develop and manage budgets in coordination with Finance, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

  • Present performance reports and improvement strategies to senior leadership regularly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in parts management, logistics, or supply chain operations, including at least 3 years in a multi-location leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/MRP).

  • Proven expertise in negotiation, vendor, and contract management.

  • Demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale process improvements.
