National Distribution Coordinator

Description:

The scope of this role includes being responsible for cold chain shipping and receiving, regulatory compliance, and liaising with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will work well independently, capable of multitasking, and be willing to take on growing responsibility with the expansion of their role.

How You Will Make An Impact
 

• Shipping and receiving, inventory control and regulatory compliance;
• Product picking and packing;
• Working with an ERP system (Navision);
• Data entry and preparing shipping documentation;
• Verifying all inbound and outbound shipments; and
• Communication with suppliers and customers.
   

What You’ll Bring To Our Team
 

• Completion of post secondary education;
• Experience in a similar role or working environment;
• Ability to perform physical tasks and capable of lifting up to 40 lbs;
• Well organized, capable of multi-tasking, managing time and prioritizing;
• Strong communication skills with a customer service focus; and
• Capable of working independently.
