Description:
We are seeking an experienced Murex Analyst and Developers to support front-to-back trading workflows, system enhancements, and production support within the Murex trading platform. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Murex modules, financial products, and capital markets processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the Murex platform.
- Work with traders, risk managers, and operations teams to understand workflow gaps and propose solutions.
- Configure, test, and validate Murex components (Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Simulation, MxML, Datamart, etc.).
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and system enhancement projects.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, investigate issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Support trade lifecycle processes across asset classes (FX, IRD, Fixed Income, Commodities, etc.).
- Create test cases, perform SIT/UAT, and ensure proper documentation of all changes.
- Work closely with development teams for interface and integration enhancements using MxML workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–10+ years of experience working as a Murex Functional Analyst or similar role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in one or more Murex modules:
- Front Office
- Back Office
- Risk / Simulation
- MxML Exchange
- Datamart
- Good understanding of trade lifecycle, pricing, risk, settlements, and reporting.
- Experience supporting multiple asset classes (FX, IRD, FI, EQD, Commodities).
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within Murex workflows.
- Experience with SQL, Unix, and interface testing is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
