Key Accountabilities:

Develop and close mortgage and loans for customers

• Probe to identify customer needs and opportunities and provide solutions
• Participate in regular training sessions
• Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all products and services
• Ensure all transactions are documented and accurately completed in a timely and professional manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• University or college education, with finance or business major
• Results driven independent sales professional with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work variable hours and able to work independently
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications
• Mortgage or finance industry experience is preferred, but not a must
• Successfully pass ‘Mortgage Agent Course’
