You will be part of the Personal and Business Banking team, using your mortgage and banking expertise to build deep relationships with clients while offering flexible, client-centric service. As a Mobile Mortgage Advisor, you’ll provide expert mortgage advice tailored to each client’s unique needs while working collaboratively with banking center teams, internal business partners, and external realtors. Your ability to connect, advise, and deliver solutions will help clients secure their future while furthering your career in a results-driven and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personalized mortgage solutions by understanding client needs and lifestyles.

• Meet clients where and when it’s convenient for them.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop new client relationships.

• Represent CIBC in your community and cultivate referral networks (e.g., realtors).

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for business growth.

• Guide clients with comprehensive financial planning and mortgage documentation support.
