Raas Infotek is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI & ML Engineer / Architect with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities, in-depth cloud-native AI/ML knowledge, and practical experience with AWS CDK. This position requires a candidate who can lead end-to-end solution design, from model development to deployment in production environments, while adhering to best practices in scalability, automation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Solution Design & Development:

  • Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches.

  • Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis.

  • Select suitable algorithms, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with business requirements.

• Cloud Architecture & Integration:

  • Architect scalable solutions leveraging Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, AWS SageMaker, AWS Rekognition, AWS Comprehend, and other related services.

  • Integrate ML pipelines with data lakes, data warehouses, and APIs.

  • Ensure architectural compliance with security, scalability, and cloud best practices.

• MLOps & Automation:

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML model lifecycle management.

  • Utilize Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Terraform/CloudFormation for automation.

  • Monitor, retrain, and optimize deployed models.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work with data scientists, engineers, DevOps, and product managers to align solutions with business goals.

  • Present solution designs and performance metrics to stakeholders in both technical and non-technical terms.

• Security & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 and other compliance frameworks.

  • Apply responsible AI principles for fairness, transparency, and explainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

• 5+ years of AI/ML solution development, with 3+ years hands-on in Azure & AWS AI/ML services.

• Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.

• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, Synapse, Redshift, Kinesis, Event Hubs.

• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) for ML workloads.

• Experience with Spark and Databricks.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Microsoft Azure or AWS AI/ML certifications.

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock).

• Knowledge of Edge AI deployment.
