RSM Canada, the leading global provider of professional services to the middle market, is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join its dynamic team as Microsoft Business Central Associates – Fall 2026 Intake. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, ERP/CRM systems, and client service.

As part of RSM’s inclusive and empowering culture, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients across industries. This entry-level role is tailored for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to build a career in ERP consulting while being supported through training, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including both core and industry-specific modules.

• Conduct developer testing and quality assurance (QA) to ensure high standards of deliverables.

• Provide ongoing support for deliverables and assist in resolving technical issues.

• Document business and technical requirements while supporting ERP/CRM implementations.

• Report daily progress, ensuring transparency in project delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative, client-focused solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or IT-related fields.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel to assigned client locations.

• Foundational knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (functional and technical aspects).

• Experience with tools such as SSRS, MOSS/SharePoint, Dynamics CRM SDK, Microsoft Power Platform.

• Programming knowledge in VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, or JavaScript.

• Experience with data integration tools is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range of $61,600 – $73,500, depending on skills, education, and experience.
