RSM Canada, a leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally, is seeking a Microsoft Business Central Associate for Fall 2026 intake. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, covering both core and advanced modules as well as industry-specific solutions. The associate will conduct developer testing, perform quality assurance, and provide support for their deliverables to ensure reliability and efficiency. Daily progress reporting on development tasks and issue resolution will be expected, along with documentation of requirements and assistance in ERP/CRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (core, advanced, and industry-specific solutions).

• Performing developer testing and QA activities.

• Providing ongoing support for developed deliverables.

• Reporting daily on development tasks and issue resolution.

• Documenting requirements and assisting in ERP/CRM project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or a related IT field.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel to assigned client locations.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of ERP/CRM systems.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with both functional and technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience with any/all of the following: SSRS, MOSS/SharePoint Services, Dynamics CRM SDK, Microsoft Power Platform.

• Programming proficiency in VB.net, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.

• Experience with data integration tools.

Compensation & Benefits:
RSM offers a competitive salary in the range of $61,600 – $73,500 annually ($5,133 – $6,125 monthly) along with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package.
