Merchandising Specialist

Description:

Labatt Breweries of Canada is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to ensure attractive product presentation, maintain stock levels, and support sales plans at retail locations. The role emphasizes collaboration with sales representatives, strong customer service, and execution of planograms to maximize product visibility and sales impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange products according to planograms to ensure attractive merchandising.

• Replenish product displays, perform proper stock rotation, and maintain inventory levels.

• Place promotional signage to create visual impact.

• Submit weekly reports on merchandising execution.

• Build strong business relationships with retail contacts through excellent customer service.

• Collaborate closely with sales representatives to identify and develop sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in progress or completed is an asset).

• Physical capability to move products of 18 lbs or more.

• Passion for teamwork and excellent communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

• Excellent command of French (mandatory).
