Description:

Labatt Breweries of Canada, a historic and leading Canadian brewing company with over 175 years of heritage and a portfolio of iconic beer brands such as Budweiser, Michelob Ultra, Corona, and Stella Artois, is seeking a Spécialiste Mise en Marché (Merchandiser) to join their team in Chicoutimi, QC.

The role focuses on ensuring attractive and efficient product placement at retail locations according to sales plans and planograms. Responsibilities include:

• Arranging merchandise attractively to appeal to customers and comply with sales plans.

• Organizing products on shelves following detailed planograms.

• Replenishing displays with delivered products and ensuring proper product rotation.

• Placing promotional signage to maximize visual impact and sales.

• Providing weekly execution reports.

• Building strong business relationships with key retail contacts by delivering excellent customer service.

• Collaborating closely with sales representatives to develop sales opportunities.

This position offers part-time hours Monday through Friday with a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth within a major international beer company.

Requirements and Skills

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus).

• Physical ability to handle products and merchandise weighing 18 lbs or more.

• Passion for teamwork and excellent communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (mandatory).

• Excellent command of French (mandatory).
