Description:
Dialogue, Canada’s leading provider of virtual health services, is seeking compassionate and bilingual Mental Health Therapists to join its dynamic, multidisciplinary team. As a therapist, you will play a critical role in empowering clients to talk openly about their mental health, providing a safe and judgment-free environment for healing and growth.
This position offers a flexible remote work setup and allows you to make a meaningful impact while being part of a collaborative clinical network that includes physicians, nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct secure video consultations with clients experiencing mental health–related symptoms.
Perform psychosocial assessments and develop solution-focused care plans.
Follow up with clients to ensure continuous progress in their care journey.
Collaborate with Case Managers who assist with administrative tasks such as appointment booking and resource coordination.
Actively participate in clinical meetings with other healthcare professionals.
Contribute to the improvement of Dialogue’s mental health programs, clinical protocols, and standards of practice.
Ensure patient safety and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Master’s degree in Mental Health or Human Relations (Social Work, Psychoeducation, Sexology, Occupational Therapy, Career Counselling, etc.).
Active membership in a recognized professional order/college.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in counselling or therapy.
Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and psychosocial assessments.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English (essential requirement).
Availability to work 21–32 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
Experience with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is an asset.
Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability in a virtual care setting.
