Member Advisor

Description:

· Greet our members and provide them with the services they seek,

· Process transactions,

· Provide troubleshooting and guidance around the use of our technology products or any other challenges a member may have,

· Highlight and promote products and solutions,

· Engage in proactive member communication by participating in outbound calling, credit union promotions, campaigns, and creative outbound strategies,

· Identify suspicious transactions or interactions and respond appropriately.

What you will need for this role:

· Customer service experience,

· Sales skills,

· Experience in handling cash and completing financial transactions,

· Tech savviness and a love for technology,

· A desire to learn in a culture that embraces ongoing learning and development,

· Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality to respect members’ privacy

· Enjoyment in working with the public – by engaging and helping meet our members’ needs.
