Description:
Under the immediate supervisor, the Tele-Interviewer will work within and collaborate with a team in ensuring that a high level of customer service for our clients in the insurance industry is delivered. This is an opportunity with various shifts.
Responsibilities:
Contact clients who have applied for individual insurance (i.e.: Life, Critical Illness and Disability insurance) and conduct in-depth interviews encompassing lifestyle and medical questions, to facilitate the underwriting process
Ability to probe tactfully
Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
Excellent spelling/grammar skills is a must
Flexibility and adaptability
Provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
Respects the confidentiality of sensitive and private information.
Address customer’s concerns in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
Bilingualism (English/French) is required
Medical knowledge, terminology, or experience is required
Excellent customer service
Highly motivated and able to work independently or with minimum supervision
