Redefine MD is seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a modern aesthetic medicine environment.
You’ll perform a variety of advanced skin and laser treatments—including PicoSure Pro, IPL, and body contouring—while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and hygienic atmosphere. In addition to treatment expertise, you'll support client education and help build long-term relationships through personalized care and product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
- Facials and skincare procedures
- PicoSure Pro laser treatments (for pigmentation, rejuvenation, tattoo removal)
- Radiofrequency skin tightening
- IPL and fractional laser treatments
- Laser hair removal
- Body contouring and skin firming procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sterilization in treatment rooms and with equipment
- Provide exceptional guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment
- Conduct skin consultations to identify concerns and recommend customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare, and treatment expectations
- Assist with front desk operations including booking, follow-ups, and managing client records
- Promote and upsell skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client outcomes
- Stay up to date on industry trends, equipment, and product knowledge
- Foster client loyalty through consistent, results-driven care and follow-up
Qualifications
- Certified Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician (as required in Ontario)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical skincare setting
- Proficient in the use of medical devices including PicoSure Pro, IPL, laser, and radiofrequency
- Strong communication and hospitality skills with a passion for helping clients feel confident
- Sales experience with medical-grade skincare is an asset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
