Mechanical Developer

Description:

We are looking for a Mechanical Developer to create leading-edge mechanical solutions for 5G Wireless Networks Products. Your role will include all development activities such as requirement analysis, mechanical architecture design, mechanical design, assembly integration, verification, simulations, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We coordinate in multi-functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

What you will do:

• Drive strategic technical leadership
• Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
• Develop, Design, Document and test high quality mechanical piece parts and assemblies
• Perform trouble shooting and customer support Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
• Develop competence in technical domain

What you will bring:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree - Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years of proven experience.
• Mechanical Design for Outdoor Plant Equipment experience.
• Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge.
• Working with people and networking.
• Innovating, adapting and responding to change.
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
• Planning and organizing.

Additional Requirements:

• PTC Windchill/CREO3/CREO4.
• Design Experience - Die Casting, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal, Design for Outdoor Environments.
• Design of Wireless Networks Infrastructure.
• Mechanical Product Introduction and Volume Ramp, Quality Engineering and Qualification.
• Travel to Ericsson Factories and Suppliers may be required in future.
