Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth client assessments to personalize treatment plans.

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and contribute to holistic treatment planning.

• Provide client education and aftercare recommendations.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and high-quality care.

• Collaborate with other integrative health professionals in the clinic.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and ethical practice.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed and in good standing with the provincial massage therapy regulatory body.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic and rehabilitative massage techniques.

• Client-centered mindset and commitment to holistic wellness.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and interested in growing your practice.

• Prior clinical experience is an asset but not mandatory.

• Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week

• Schedule: Day, evening, and morning shifts; weekdays and some weekends as needed
