Description:
As part of the Marketing Technology Solutions portfolio, you'll act as a key connector between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, shape, and accelerate new process and technology opportunities. In this role, you'll support process engineering, rapid prototyping, and experimentation across initiatives aimed at enhancing the end-to-end marketing execution process—including content distribution, marketing operations, and analytics. You'll map current workflows, pinpoint areas where automation and emerging technologies can improve efficiency, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams. Working closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Product partners, and business stakeholders, you'll contribute to the design, validation, and adoption of innovative in-house tools and solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with new technologies, understands marketing operations, and can balance experimentation with strong structure, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
