Marketing Programs Specialist- Demand Generation
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Marketing Programs Specialist to lead and execute growth-oriented marketing campaigns as part of our Demand Generation team. As the Marketing Programs Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and executing marketing campaigns for our specialized product portfolio. This role is instrumental in driving demand, expanding our products’ footprint in our sphere of influence, and building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns for our product portfolio to drive qualified pipelines.
- Create detailed campaign plans, including objectives, target audience segmentation, messaging, and channel selection.
- Drive the execution of campaigns through various channels, such as digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Drive demand through innovative and effective lead generation strategies.
- Optimizing lead nurturing processes to convert leads into high-quality opportunities for the sales team and direct website sales.
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with a cross-functional marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaign plans.
- Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging and positioning with overall business goals.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure lead conversion success and to refine messaging and approach.
- Engage with the sales team to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into campaign strategies.
- Business Growth Alignment:
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to align marketing efforts with overall business growth goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience- SaaS experience advantageous
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies.
- Ability to track metrics, analyze, and adjust.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience using MarTech tools – Pardot and SalesForce are a plus
