We are looking for an experienced individual in the Iranian startup ecosystem to lead the marketing, business strategy, and platform launch operations for an educational platform.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience working in major Iranian startups and can effectively bridge the gap between the business, marketing, product, and tech teams.
💡 Responsibilities:
- Complete Marketing Management for the Platform
- Design a marketing strategy for product launch
- Manage digital campaigns, advertisements, content, and promotions
- Develop key messaging and marketing identity for the product
- Run targeted campaigns for attracting early adopters
- Close Collaboration with Product and Tech Teams
- Coordinate with the Product Team to align marketing with the product roadmap
- Translate marketing and business goals into actionable needs for the Dev Team
- Track user issues and pass them to the development team
- User Analysis and Insights
- Analyze behavior of early users to optimize user experience
- Design Go-to-Market Strategy
- Identify user personas and pain points in their behavior
- Launch Operations Management
- Coordinate the design, marketing, content, and product teams
- Design user funnels and landing pages
- Provide regular management reports on launch status and project progress
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in marketing, campaign management, and go-to-market strategy
- Ability to collaborate closely and effectively with Product and Development teams
- Strong data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high accuracy
