Description:
Indusflow Systems, a leading security-focused managed IT services provider, is seeking a Marketing Manager, Managed IT Services to lead and execute its marketing strategy. This role is central to expanding the company’s market presence, enhancing thought leadership in cybersecurity, managed services, and artificial intelligence, and driving measurable business growth.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and elevate brand recognition. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create compelling content on cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and IT modernization while ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital, social, and event platforms.
The role requires a highly motivated professional who can balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will oversee campaign management, account-based marketing initiatives, digital marketing strategies, social media presence, and corporate branding. Additionally, you will take charge of event planning, including webinars, workshops, and client seminars, to strengthen client engagement and industry positioning.
This role also entails maintaining and optimizing the company’s WordPress-based website for SEO performance, leading paid and organic digital marketing efforts, and continuously tracking ROI for marketing initiatives to drive improvements. Beyond execution, you will contribute innovative ideas to help Indusflow Systems penetrate new markets and expand its reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including video podcasts, webinars, and digital content.
Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to effectively engage target accounts.
Collaborate with technical experts to create thought leadership content highlighting cybersecurity, AI, and cloud services.
Manage and evolve company branding and digital strategy, ensuring SEO performance and strong digital presence.
Oversee event management for physical and virtual client/prospect engagement.
Lead social media, email marketing, and digital advertising efforts to maximize visibility and engagement.
Track and analyze marketing performance, reporting ROI to guide future improvements.
Identify opportunities for market expansion and execute strategies to enter new markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least 3 years of marketing experience in the technology services industry, ideally within MSP.
Strong digital marketing expertise including SEO, social media marketing, and content development.
Proficiency with WordPress and marketing automation/CRM tools.
Strategic thinker with creativity and business acumen to align campaigns with business objectives.
Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for broad audiences.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary: $75,000 per year (≈ $6,250 per month).
Performance bonus and comprehensive benefits package included.
