What You’ll Do:
- Customer Insights & Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, behaviors, and pain points to guide the design and personalization of campaigns.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Design, execute, and continuously refine multi-channel marketing campaigns—including digital, social, content, and local activations—to attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Data-Driven Performance Marketing: Track and optimize marketing performance using key metrics such as MQLs, CPL, ROAS, LTV, CPA, SEO, and social KPIs. Utilize data to identify growth opportunities and report on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights.
- Content & Messaging: Create and oversee compelling, brand-aligned content that engages prospects across multiple channels and supports the entire sales funnel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to align efforts, enhance campaign performance, and deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Innovation & Market Growth: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and growth tactics to continually evolve our strategy, tools, and market presence.
What You Bring
- A proven track record of driving measurable growth in a marketing role with increasing responsibility.
- Data-savvy and results-oriented, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and take action based on insights.
- Strategic and hands-on experience—comfortable developing roadmaps and executing tactics.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, Looker, etc.).
- Agility and adaptability in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication skills—you can articulate ideas and inspire action, both verbally and in writing.
