Description:
- Provides exceptional Customer support to General Managers, Retirement Living consultant, internal and external partners in accessing marketing tools and systems.
- Manages input and tracking of marketing requests from Regional Marketing Managers in the Mississauga and Montreal offices, in our support systems such as Chartwell’s Purchase Order System and Marketing’s Creative & Production System (MPHQ) including insertion orders for all media when needed.
- Creates media insertion orders that reflect approved marketing plans and/or campaigns.
- Supports annual and department budget coordination where required, responsible for the coordination of invoices, expenses and billable payments for the department.
- Support Regional Marketing Managers in execution of their marketing plans and strategy.
- Provide support on business initiatives such as Collateral Material, Standardization, Signage
Photography, Videography, Suite Plans and others.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal clients in the development of marketing imagery, video and 3D elements used during the pre-leasing period of a new development as well as a complete marketing starter kit for the Presentation Centre.
- In close collaboration with Sales, Marketing & Real Estate Integration team members, support activities related to the selected Presentation Centre from sourcing to opening.
- Plays a key role in the coordination and planning of the key events and different individuals involved surrounding the launch of a new project and in close collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing Managers in a coordinated efforts to support the acquisition process of new properties at Chartwell to ensure marketing standardization items are all compliant with the established timeline of the project.
Communications Team Support:
- Planning and execution of each stage of communications projects, and development of tools targeting various audiences.
- Liaison with department and business stakeholders, including Senior Management, to communicate progress and results.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ related experience in a marketing or project management role
- Past work experience in marketing or similar role an asset
- Strong team player with an open mind and committed to client service excellence

- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with budgets and forecasting
