This role supports the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing communications and campaigns. The position offers strong exposure to creative marketing, paid media, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration across creative, media, operations, legal, and finance teams. Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the annual marketing plan by assisting with campaign development and coordinating marketing communications.
- Assist with creative strategy, brief development, and organization of campaign materials, supporting campaign launches across channels.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple channels to help reach new clients and strengthen brand presence.
- Collect, organize, and analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and support campaign optimization.
- Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist with budget tracking and collaborate with internal teams to maximize campaign impact and track progress against objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, partners, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support process improvements and uphold operational excellence in campaign execution.
- Contribute positively to team culture by taking ownership of deliverables, seeking feedback, and supporting team goals.
Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within creative marketing environments.
- Experience with creative strategy, brief writing, and the ability to review and critique creative work.
- Exposure to paid media channels such as YouTube, Google, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok (agency experience not required).
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across creative, media, operations, legal, and finance teams.
- Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving mindset, and motivation to grow in a fast-paced environment.
