Assists the Manager, Marketing & Promotions with the execution of all marketing plans from project setup in Click-Up to ad trafficking to reporting
Assists the Director, Studio Relations with sourcing creative assets and creating trafficking documents and providing final reports for content programming initiatives (such as advance ticket sales, contests, in-theatre executions, etc.) for Blockbuster, Event Cinemas and World Cinema titles.
Assists the Director, Studio Relations with sourcing marketing assets (ex. Posters, Trailers, synopsis, etc.) from studio partners for the set up of movie pages on landmarkcinemas.com.
Assembles and organizes weekly invoice batches for Manager, Marketing & Promotion’s review and approval
Assists the Production Manager with data entry, job quotes, job status inquiries, and invoice verification processes
Manages marketing email accounts
Manages the updating of film information, including posters, trailers, and synopses at landmarkcinemas.com
Media & Publicity
Assists the Manager, Marketing & Promotions with the execution of all national and local media contracts including data entry, reporting, and contesting setup
Coordinates the booking and spot trafficking for all paid and contra radio, television, and print campaigns
Creates and coordinates promo proposals in support of Commercial Plan initiatives
Creates and manages monthly media partner e-blast and subscriber list
Facilitates television spot ad clearances
Manages media partner email accounts
Prepares press release distribution lists and press materials (ex. electronic press kits)
Coordinates the posting of press releases to LandmarkCinemas.com and Landmark’s social media channels
Assists the Manager, Marketing & Promotions with the coordination of media interviews
Studio Advertising
Assists the Director, Studio Relations with studio ad campaigns including creative asset procurement from client, completing a trafficking document for each media campaign, and distributing it to necessary internal stakeholders.
Assists the Director, Studio Relations with sourcing in-theatre marketing materials including movie trailers, theatrical posters, etc.
Assists the Director, Studio Relations in creation of final reports demonstrating proof of performance to the client upon the conclusion of each media campaign, submitting reports to Director, Studio Relations in a timely manner for approval.

REQUIREMENTS
Completion of a post-secondary school program or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
2-3 years experience with a proven track record in a marketing, coordinator or administrator role
Comfortable in providing and presenting recommendations or advice in areas of expertise
Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external partners
Extremely well organized and able to effectively manage competing priorities
Strong interpersonal, verbal, listening and written communication skills combined with the ability to speak with confidence using professionalism, tact, courtesy and diplomacy
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Proven ability to maintain significant attention to detail
