Description:

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Marketing Communications and Events Specialist to oversee external marketing activities and internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging, brand alignment, and employee engagement. The role bridges business areas, central communications teams, and commercial operations to support strategic objectives while managing congresses, trade shows, internal events, and communications campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications:

  • Plan and manage logistics for congresses, symposiums, scientific meetings, and trade shows (booth design, vendor management, speaker coordination, onsite support)

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, medical, regulatory) for seamless participation

  • Prepare newsletters, brochures, and other branded materials

  • Develop event-specific communication plans, including pre-event promotion, onsite branding, and post-event follow-up

  • Track and report ROI from events, and implement improvements

  • Manage external sponsorships and trade association events

  • Ensure compliance with marketing and sales guidelines

  • Maintain Siemens Healthineers websites and assist with direct mail/electronic campaigns

  • Ensure brand consistency across all external touchpoints

Corporate Communications:

  • Drive internal messaging that connects employees to strategic goals and company values

  • Plan and execute internal events (townhalls, leadership visits, milestone celebrations, recognition events)

  • Manage logistics for hybrid/virtual internal events (platform setup, technical coordination, employee engagement tools)

  • Track employee feedback and recommend improvements to enhance engagement

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • 5–7 years of business marketing or communications experience

  • Fluency in English; French is an asset

  • Experience managing external (congresses, trade shows) and internal (townhalls, employee engagement) events

  • Strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and budget management experience

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Problem-solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and results-oriented

  • Proficiency with AI tools, MS 365 platforms, Website CMS, and digital tools
