As our Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities. You will be working closing with designers, developers, and project managers to implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform. If you are a self-directed Marketing Technologist with at least 2 years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and you are looking to a part of a highly engaged and high performing team culture, then this could be the opportunity for you! What you will do: Managing day to day operations, campaigns, and performance for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automations: Managing the development and execution of all email marketing programs including: segmentations, A/B testing, QA, deployment, and continuous improvement. Understanding and evaluating campaign metrics and performance for communication with key stake holders on KPI and ROI. Proactively researching the latest best practices and staying on top of industry trends, standards, best practice and strategies. Championing our Marketing Cloud and managing sales growth including: lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and data cleansing. Mapping out customer journey flows and building object-based automations in SFMC Managing day to day operations for all Marketing programs and integrations: Planning, implementations and managing all marketing programs and integrations including: drip campaigns, website conversion and optimization, retargeting ads, webinars, landing pages, video, social and more. Assisting with building, writing, and publishing email campaigns Conducting and nurturing segmentation programs based off customer needs, while driving towards conversion in the sales and marketing funnels Creating journeys, product, and user flows to review various stages of the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth. Coming up with innovative and creative ways to reignite channels and connections, including emerging MarTech tools and integration. What you bring to this role: 2 + years in a marketing automation role, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proven track record for drilling down on customer segmentations and crafting personalized campaigns and automations and have a passion for your customer needs and journeys. You love data, optimization, and growth, with an excitement for sharing your campaign performance including: CTR, LTV, Open Rates, Analytics, A/B Testing and Acquisition Funnels. Display critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quick decision making under minimal supervision with competing priorities. Proven project management skills, communication, and presentation skills. Technical skills including HTML and CSS are a bonus!
