Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support Supply Chain Management (SCM) programs.

  • Create clear, engaging communications for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Design newsletters, slide decks, and other materials to promote SCM program activities.

  • Manage and maintain digital content on SharePoint, ensuring accessibility and organization.

  • Coordinate meetings and communication cadences across multiple teams.

  • Develop and curate high-quality content aligned with SAP’s marketing objectives.

  • Assist with ad-hoc communication and marketing requests as needed.


What You Bring:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a university or college program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred).

  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver them efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail and clarity.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

  • Organization: Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Collaboration: Proven teamwork skills with cross-functional teams.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to approach challenges creatively and effectively.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and professionalism across all communications.


Program Details:

  • Start Date: October 2025

  • End Date: May 2026

  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Expected Travel: 0–10% (occasional)
