We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join the Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you will manage and develop reporting dashboards to track account identification and enrichment processes, analyze performance, and provide insights to guide strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst skilled in SQL and Tableau, who enjoys building data visualizations to influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage reporting dashboards for tracking key account identification and enrichment processes.

  • Develop dashboards and analyses to surface business-critical KPIs and assess sales and marketing performance.

  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis to provide insights and inform strategic decisions.

  • Communicate insights through data visualization and presentations to various stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.

  • Champion Samsara's cultural principles and help scale operations globally.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related analytical fields.

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence.

  • Expertise in SQL and Tableau, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to synthesize and tell compelling stories with data.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Experience in Sales and Marketing and familiarity with MarTech tools.

  • Knowledge of Conversation BI & Tableau AI capabilities.

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks.

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar coding languages.

  • Experience with data science, machine learning, or predictive analytics.

  • Comfort working in an exploratory environment.
