Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
- Attend and lead client meetings, capture clear notes, action items, and next steps.
- Translate client goals and feedback into clear, actionable direction for internal teams.
- Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and results.
Project Management & Oversight
- Oversee multiple projects across branding, content, video, web, and social.
- Work closely with each Creative Lead to coordinate timelines, priorities, and resourcing.
- Own the project tracking system — ensuring tasks, deadlines, and statuses are accurate and up to date.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, or scope creep early and flag them before they become issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the agreed strategy.
Internal Coordination
- Serve as the bridge between strategy, creative, production, and media teams.
- Ensure briefs are complete, clear, and approved before work begins.
- Keep internal teams focused, aligned, and moving forward.
- Support Creative Leads by handling logistics, scheduling, and client communication.
Process & Quality Control
- Maintain consistency in how projects are scoped, tracked, and delivered.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Launch’s standards for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment before going to clients.
- Continuously look for ways to improve workflows, communication, and efficiency.
What Success Looks Like
- Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in Launch as a partner.
- Creative Leads feel supported, organized, and set up to do their best work.
- Projects run smoothly with minimal last-minute stress or surprises.
- Timelines are met, details are handled, and nothing slips through the cracks.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years experience in account management, project management, or client-facing role — ideally within a marketing agency setting, or other industry where you are managing multiple clients at once.
- Strong understanding of marketing deliverables such as branding, video, web, social, and digital campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communicator — both written and verbal.
- Comfortable leading client meetings, setting agendas, and documenting next steps.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to flag issues early.
