Description:

Working as an integral part of the Ta na wa Yúus ta Stitúyntsam̓ Rights and Title Department, this position reports directly to the Senior Manager – Referral Management and Intergovernmental Affairs, this is role is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities relating to the Department’s referral management strategy and oversight on office administrative needs. This individual will directly manage, mentor, and provide support and guidance to their referral and administrative team. This position will play a key role in the maintenance and growth of the important referral program. This position will be a hub for communication, managing information flow from the Rights and Title Department to other Departments in the Nation, external agencies, and legislative bodies. The Referral Manager will bring insights and recommendations to improve their branch. They are an expert in developing and implementing processes, project management, management strategy, and project planning and execution. They will ensure that projects and programs stay on track, are managed effectively, and stay within the proposed scope and budget.
