As the Manager, you will have primary responsibility for managing vendor relationships and process flows. You will manage costs of special projects to minimize expense to the client and maximize value. Additionally, you will coordinate special projects that lead to full scale implementations.

A Day in the Life

• Manage OEM manufacturers and Upfit production schedules and producing a weekly record and forecast
• Managing Warranty claims/issues pre delivery with OEM / Upfit
• Manage Client Special Projects
• Oversee Pre-Delivery items – Damage Prior to Delivery, DOT etc
• Audit invoices
• Oversee Transporter Scorecard

Requirements

• High School Diploma, 2- or 4-year degree preferred
• OEM or Upfitter experience is preferred
• Previous Vendor Management Experience is required
• Process Management experience preferred
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above is an asset
• Production Forecasting is an asset
• Ability to work a hybrid work schedule from our Mississauga office
