Graduates will rotate through multiple roles, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as Business Analysis, Project Management, Strategic Business Transformation, and People Leadership. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze business operations, identify opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.

  • Participate in end-to-end project and product management initiatives across different business functions.

  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Develop analytical reports and insights from complex datasets to guide strategic business decisions.

  • Leverage AI tools, cloud technologies, and data management platforms to support innovation and digital transformation.

  • Engage in leadership development activities and cross-functional learning experiences.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or College/CEGEP diploma) in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Graduated (or expected to graduate) between 2023 and August 2026, with no more than a 3-year delay between degrees.

  • Less than three years of total professional experience (excluding internships).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with SQL, SAS, MicroStrategy, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C is an asset.

  • Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
