SOTI is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Management to provide post-sales technical support for its industry-leading mobile and IoT device management solutions. In this hybrid role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with internal teams, and help customers resolve technical issues while contributing to a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone and email for SOTI software products.

• Investigate customer-reported issues and collaborate with internal teams until resolution.

• Communicate timely updates to customers regarding ongoing support cases.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, responsive support.

• Diagnose and resolve MDM-related application queries and technical questions.

• Reproduce customer environments using various devices to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong understanding of the OSI model and networking concepts (firewalls, protocols, subnetting).

• Familiarity with Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008/2012, SQL, and virtual servers.

• Knowledge of mobile platforms: Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, Blackberry.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (flexible for strong candidates).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration abilities.

• Strong organizational and workload-management skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Fluency in Spanish (or Portuguese).
