Description:

Cogeco Connexion is seeking a Préposé de quartier général to join their team in Alma, QC. This role involves ensuring the supply, material management, and distribution of one or more headquarters while maintaining operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, ensuring proper equipment availability for technicians, and contributing to a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring each technician has appropriate equipment inventory.

• Actively participating in warehouse organization, inventory management, and cleanliness.

• Receiving, verifying, and storing materials, equipment, and accessories.

• Handling returns from manufacturers, clients, and technicians.

• Preparing, packaging, labeling, and shipping necessary materials and equipment.

• Maintaining safety compliance and ensuring security equipment is in good condition.

• Performing periodic counts, managing transfers, and eliminating obsolete inventory.

• Preparing and completing necessary reports, forms, and related documentation.

• Supporting general upkeep of the warehouse, including snow removal and maintenance of outdoor access.

• Participating in meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (DES).

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or storekeeping.

• Strong knowledge of inventory and stock management.

• Familiarity with health and safety standards (SST).

• Strong computer skills, especially Excel and Google Suite.

• Valid driver’s license.

Work Schedule:

• Regular full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

• Hours: Monday–Friday (7:30 AM–9:00 PM) and Saturday–Sunday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
