Mainframe Developer

Description:

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of RBC’s mainframe-based banking applications and modernization projects. Develop and enhance solutions leveraging .NET, Natural, and ADABAS technologies to support critical business processes. Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable code delivery. Support production stability, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement in development practices.

Top Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in .NET, Natural, ADABAS, and mainframe environments
• Strong skills in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and batch/online integration (as applicable)
• Experience in code optimization, debugging, and performance analysis
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methods, and DevOps tools
