Description:
Quantum Management Services Ltd. is seeking a Customer Experience & Loyalty Program Assistant for a prestigious luxury retail brand located in downtown Montreal. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-end clientele while developing administrative and operational expertise in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting three elite loyalty programs, ensuring seamless communication and service for premium customers. The role involves handling inquiries, managing client data, analyzing sales information, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for loyalty program members, addressing inquiries related to points redemption, order status, and purchase requests with professionalism and empathy.
Manage new requests, including balance verifications, order tracking, and system updates.
Navigate multiple platforms to evaluate and resolve client concerns efficiently.
Conduct sales data analysis to support internal reporting and performance tracking.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and ensure accuracy across all administrative processes.
Adapt quickly to evolving processes and priorities, ensuring consistent service quality.
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client satisfaction and streamline workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of administrative or customer support experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using multiple digital platforms and administrative tools.
Excellent communication skills in English (advanced level required).
Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and professional demeanor.
Ability to adapt to changing processes and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Language Requirement:
English (Advanced): Required to communicate with clients and provide support to customers across various regions outside Quebec.
