Licensed Practical Nurse

Description:

Bayshore HealthCare, one of Canada’s leading providers of home and community health care services, is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1, family-centered care to pediatric patients with complex needs in Vancouver, BC. This role provides care within clients’ homes and school settings, allowing nurses to make a meaningful impact while working closely with children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to pediatric patients with complex needs in home and school environments.

• Deliver family-centered care tailored to each child’s individual needs.

• Maintain accurate patient records and report observations to the care team.

• Follow care plans and ensure adherence to professional and organizational standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and development, including specialty pediatric training.

• Engage with families to support the well-being and independence of pediatric patients.

Qualifications:

• Active license with BCCNM required.

• Pediatric experience is an asset but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a family-centered approach.
