Description:
Absorb Software is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of its AI & ML product portfolio. As a remote-first SaaS organization powering learning for enterprises worldwide, Absorb is committed to delivering impactful, scalable, and innovative solutions. In this senior product role, you will define product vision, drive an AI/ML roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally, and bring intelligent learning capabilities to market.
Develop a compelling AI/ML product vision aligned to organizational goals.
Craft and execute a strategy that delivers meaningful customer value.
Prioritize features, infrastructure, and technical initiatives based on customer insights and business needs.
Communicate and maintain a product roadmap for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Engage customers to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging needs.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to strengthen customer relationships.
Monitor emerging AI trends, technologies, and regulatory considerations.
Lead two AI/ML development teams through full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Serve as the voice of the customer throughout development.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, ML, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Create product briefs, technical requirements, and data modeling expectations.
Define and evaluate success metrics; drive continuous improvement.
Perform additional duties as required.
5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
2+ years of experience specifically managing AI/ML products.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies including NLP, LLMs, algorithms, and data pipelines.
Ability to manage ambiguity and balance competing priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with strong product intuition.
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams.
Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into product value.
Highly collaborative, proactive, and resilient.
Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
Remote-first; must have legal eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship.
