The company is seeking a Legal Specialist to contribute to its AI evaluation and improvement initiatives. This role is designed for highly qualified legal professionals with exceptional analytical and communication skills who are eager to help shape the future of artificial intelligence through legal expertise.

As a Legal Professional, you will independently design, review, and assess legal problem sets and AI-generated responses, ensuring the models reflect the accuracy, clarity, and reasoning standards upheld in real-world legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review complex legal questions and evaluation sets to refine AI systems.

• Assess AI-generated legal content for accuracy, structure, and adherence to logical reasoning.

• Analyze and solve specialized legal scenarios to measure and benchmark AI performance.

• Synthesize legal information from multiple sources to enhance AI understanding of legal principles.

• Provide structured, detailed feedback to align AI systems with current legal standards and reasoning.

• Work independently and asynchronously, managing deliverables within set timelines.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Advanced legal education (LL.M., J.D., S.J.D., or Ph.D. in Law) from a top-tier university—preferably in the United States.

• Exceptional research, analysis, and written communication skills.

• Ability to interpret and synthesize complex legal information across jurisdictions.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred:

• Experience practicing law or working within the legal sector.

Position Details:

• Type: Independent contractor

• Duration: 4 weeks

• Commitment: 20+ hours per week

• Compensation: $110–$130 per hour

• Start Date: Immediate

• Payment Method: Daily payments via Stripe Connect
