Description:

Our client, a global network organization, is in growth mode in Canada and seeks a Corporate & Commercial in-house Legal Counsel to join its team.

The organization regularly works with universities around the world often providing services and acting as a service provider. The successful candidate will have a strong corporate and M&A background, as well as excellent commercial experience with service-level contract knowledge. The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in office in Toronto. The role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, while regularly working with lawyers in other jurisdictions.
