Description:

Inacre Conseil inc is seeking an Électrotechnicien to support maintenance, automation, and metrology activities in a manufacturing environment. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Superintendent, the role involves troubleshooting production issues, performing preventive maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

The Électrotechnicien will repair and modify critical electrical/electronic equipment, maintain and calibrate measurement instruments, improve manufacturing processes through automation, and design/program electrical panels and interfaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and modify critical electrical and electronic equipment to ensure production continuity.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of measurement instruments.

  • Enhance manufacturing processes by installing sensors and programming automation systems.

  • Design and install electrical panels, program PLCs and HMIs, and commission new equipment.

  • Document procedures and provide ongoing guidance while adhering to quality, safety, and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • DEP in electromechanics, electrotechnics, or equivalent training.

  • C license (completed or in progress) is a notable asset.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in PLC programming and instrumentation systems.

  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and clear communication with production and engineering teams.
