Reporting to the Director of Professional Practice, the Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting REALTOR® professionalism through the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality member education. With a strong understanding of adult learning principles and a learner-centered approach, this role ensures learning activities are practical and accessible, and aligned with best practice across the real estate profession. The successful candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to continuously improving how the Association supports member learning and professional growth.

The Association provides leadership and services that support nearly 1,800 REALTORS® in Saskatchewan through technology, learning, and advocacy. The Association is also the expert voice invested in bringing insight to public policy makers on matters that affect growth, housing, real estate, and the creation of wealth in our communities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Program Delivery
- Apply adult learning theory and best practices to the design and delivery of effective, engaging learning experiences.
- Coordinate member education programs, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences.
- Support the development of learning pathways, toolkits, and supporting resources that enhance knowledge retention and practical application.
- Work closely with Professional Practice, Professional Standards, Listing Services, and other internal team members to ensure learning aligns with policy, MLS® rules, forms, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and quality across all learning formats.
- Support continuous improvement of learning offerings based on member feedback, participation data, and emerging needs.
Project Administration
- Lead or support the administration of major learning and professional practice initiatives, managing timelines, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subject-matter experts, and external partners to support program delivery.
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and support reporting requirements.
- Collect and analyze participation data, feedback, and learning outcomes to inform future programming.
- Identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and member value.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in adult education and a practical, member-focused approach to learning delivery. They are comfortable coordinating multiple initiatives, working collaboratively across teams, and adapting to evolving priorities. Typically, qualified candidates would possess the following:
- Post-secondary education in adult education, instructional design, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in education delivery, training coordination, or professional development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner-centred education.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a regulated or professional association environment is an asset.
