Lead Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational & Process Excellence

  • Partner with senior leaders to set transformation goals, define metrics, and establish clear roadmaps.

  • Reimagine and streamline manufacturing processes to reduce waste, shorten cycle times, and increase throughput.

  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to modernize shop-floor practices.

  • Champion automation, digitization, and performance tracking initiatives.

  • Translate complex operational data into actionable insights to guide decision-making.

• Culture & Continuous Improvement

  • Cultivate a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop training, communication, and engagement strategies that encourage employee buy-in.

  • Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects that enhance OEE, reduce scrap, and improve production flow.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all processes.

• Business Alignment & Documentation

  • Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to implement transformation roadmaps.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, risk assessments, and safety documentation.

  • Remove operational bottlenecks and promote seamless inter-departmental collaboration.

  • Track and monitor KPIs such as productivity, downtime, scrap rates, and delivery performance.

• Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Guide cross-functional teams to achieve strategic milestones.

  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success leading manufacturing or process-improvement initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement tools.

• Ability to translate data into practical action plans that yield measurable results.

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Adaptability and willingness to handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
