Description:

The Lead Generator with us will play a key role in qualifying leads and determining the best channel for each customer based on their qualifications and financial needs. This position focuses on optimizing the lead qualification process, ensuring that customers are directed to the most suitable internal or external paths to meet their financial needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead management, and sales, and a passion for driving growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Lead Qualification & Channel Determination

  • Qualify leads and determine the best channel for each customer based on their qualifications and financial needs.
  • Ensure each lead is matched with the best-suited internal or external path to meet their financial needs.

2. Optimization & Partnership Development

  • Identify and pursue potential financial product partners to expand our suite of referral products and better serve our clients' needs.
  • Work with internal teams to optimize and enhance existing lead qualification processes.

3. Conversion Optimization & Customer Alignment

  • Drive increased conversion rates on qualified leads and track where they convert (internally and externally).
  • Ensure that prospects are serviced with the best-suited products to meet their needs at the right time.

  • Achievement of specific financial targets and growth objectives.
  • Increased channel conversion rates for qualified leads.
  • Successful prospecting of new partnerships.
