Description:

ITED is seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to support their sales team by identifying quality leads and executing targeted lead generation and prospecting campaigns. The role involves building prospect lists based on strategic criteria and developing campaigns using various outreach methods such as emails, LinkedIn, and calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and profile target companies using specific technologies or solutions.

  • Build prospect lists based on strategic criteria for the sales team.

  • Design and execute prospecting campaigns through emails, LinkedIn, and calls.

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust actions accordingly.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Inbound Marketing and Social Media Engagement:

  • Monitor social media platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, IT forums) to identify challenges faced by IT managers.

  • Write and publish targeted content related to these challenges to position ITED’s services as relevant solutions.

  • Engage in conversations with prospects via comments, direct messages, and thoughtful interactions.

  • Work with the marketing team to align content strategy with market trends and needs.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or prospecting.

  • Strong research and prospect identification skills.

  • Good knowledge of inbound marketing principles and social media engagement.

  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email automation platforms.

  • Bilingual (French/English) is highly preferred.

  • Strong initiative and entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience in information technology is preferred.
