Description

This is a great opportunity for a highly driven Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in advancing the enterprise digital platforms. This position sits within the Information Services team and partners closely with both business and technology stakeholders to shape, deliver, and optimize digital retail capabilities. In this role, you will act as the functional authority and strategic bridge between business needs and technical execution—ensuring solutions are scalable, aligned with enterprise architecture, and deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the go-to expert for Retail Platforms, with a comprehensive understanding of system interactions (Salesforce, SAP, IAM), data flows, and business processes across the ecosystem.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities across digital retail journeys.
  • Provide functional input into product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and release planning

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, from intake and discovery through implementation and post-launch support.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and dealer networks to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
  • Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) by defining scenarios, validating outputs, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations.

Operations, Support & Enhancement Delivery

  • Provide functional support for incident, problem, and change management within digital retail systems.
  • Manage enhancement intake, prioritization, and release coordination, including upgrades and maintenance cycles.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, knowledge assets, and process standards to ensure operational continuity.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum eight years of experience in business systems analysis, digital solution delivery, or functional leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution design within enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and multi-platform ecosystems.
  • Working experience with CRM, ERP, IAM platforms and tools.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile credentials are considered an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, extensive cross-functional team and external stakeholder relationship management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
