What You'll Do:

✔️ Lead estate planning for clients, including multiple wills, POAs, and trusts

✔️ Manage complex estate administration and probate processes

✔️ Advise executors, beneficiaries, and allied professionals

✔️ Supervise and support junior staff and clerks

✔️ Collaborate with our team and contribute to community outreach

What You Bring:

🔹 7+ years’ experience in estate planning and administration

🔹 Called to the Ontario Bar and in good standing with the LSO

🔹 Strong drafting, communication, and client relationship skills

🔹 Ability to work independently and manage your own files

🔹 Familiarity with estate tax considerations and evolving legal standards
